摘　　要：[目的]为进一步消除疫病对奶牛的危害、彻底净化牛皮蝇幼虫病提供理论依据。[方法]在云南省喜洲镇选择6个村的127头奶牛,观察牛皮蝇成蝇对奶牛的侵扰,记录牛体上的蝇卵和皮瘤数。[结果]仍能看到牛皮蝇成蝇侵扰奶牛的现象,个别牛体上有少量蝇卵、皮瘤。[结论]开展牛皮蝇幼虫病的流行病学调查,查明宿主,确认不同气候条件下成蝇活动的年时长。坚持给所有存栏牛在大暑和立冬节令各投1次阿维菌素类药物,至彻底消灭牛皮蝇幼虫病。[Objectives]To provide a theoretical basis for further eliminating the harm of the blight on dairy cows and completely purifying the skin fly larval disease.[Methods]127 dairy cows from 6 villages in Xizhou Town,Yunnan Province were used to observe the invasion of adult Hypodermosis on dairy cows,record the eggs and skin tumors on dairy cows.[Results]The phenomena of adult hypodermosis invading dairy cows were observed.Some cows had a small amount of fly eggs and skin tumors.[Conclusions]Epidemiological investigations of hypodermosis larval disease should be conducted in Yunnan.The hosts should be identified.The annual duration of adult fly activity under different climatic conditions should be confirmed.Administering avermectin once to all registered dairy cows during the summer and winter seasons to completely eliminate hypodermosis should be persisted.
