摘 要:洛阳市根据区域内河道行洪特点和南部山区暴雨灾害易发实际情况,开展了中小流域“两清一护”综合治理工程,对河道开展清障、清淤、护堤工作,开展了中小河流治理的洛阳探索。河道治理后河道断面、水力特性以及行洪能力均显著提高,文章通过洛河主要控制站实测断面资料分析,量化分析了工程对河道行洪能力的影响,为河道防洪减灾工程的规划布局提供参考。According to the characteristics of flood discharge in the rivers and the occurence of heacy rain disasters in southern mountainous areas,Luoyang government has carried out a comprehensive treatment project of“two cleans and one protection”for small and medium-sized basins.It includes channel clearing,dredging and embankment projects,exploring the management of small and medium-sized rivers in Luoyang.The river section,hydraulic characteristics,and flood discharge capacity have been significantly improved after the project is completed.This article analyzes the measured cross-section data from the main control stations in the Luo River,quantitatively analyzes the impact of the project on the flood control capacity of the river It can provide a reference for the planning and layout of the flood control and disaster reduction projects in the river.
