摘  要:发电洞身压力钢管衬砌,是水库坝后式电站发电洞施工的重要内容,其衬砌施工技术具有重要的工程意义。为此,结合出水洞水库坝后式电站引水(放空)洞衬砌施工实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,认识发电洞身压力钢管衬砌工程概况,确定发电洞身衬砌施工总体规划与部署,其中施工总体规划包括浇筑分块和浇筑施工计划及强度两方面,施工部署包括施工用水用电、道路布置、模板综合加工厂及混凝土拌和系统4个方面。并进一步从钢衬段回填混凝土施工流程与施工技术两方面分析研究发电洞身衬砌主要施工技术,其中钢衬段回填混凝土主要施工技术包括:①清理及测量定位;②钢管安装;③模板施工;④混凝土浇筑等4个方面。钢管安装又包括安装技术要求、压力钢管安装焊接技术要求、灌浆孔的封堵、涂漆防腐主要技术条件、防腐涂料和钢管外支撑和混凝土浇筑的配合等6个方面。这些可为类似工程提供借鉴参考。The pressure steel pipe lining of the power generation tunnel is an important part of the construction of the dam type power station of a certain reservoir,and its lining construction technology has important engineering significance.Therefore,an analysis and research are conducted based on practical cases of lining construction in the water intake(discharge)cavern of a dam-integrated hydropower station.The results show that,understanding the general situation of the pressure steel pipe lining project of the power generation tunnel body,and determining the overall planning and deployment of the construction of the power generation hole body lining are crucial.The overall construction plan includes pouring block and pouring construction plan and strength.The construction deployment includes four aspects such as construction water and electricity,road layout,formwork comprehensive processing plant and concrete mixing system.Furthermore,the main construction technologies for lining in the generating cavern are analyzed and researched from the perspectives of the construction process and techniques for backfilling concrete in the steel lining section.The main construction techniques of backfill concrete in steel lining section include:①cleaning and measuring positioning;②steel pipe installation;③construction of the formwork;④concrete pouring.The installation of steel pipe includes technical requirements for installation,welding technical requirements for pressure steel pipe installation,plugging of grouting hole,main technical conditions of paint and corrosion prevention,anticorrosion coating and steel pipe external support and concrete pouring.These can provide a reference for similar projects.
