摘　　要：做好水库工程施工重难点分析与解决对策,是水库工程施工安全稳定运行的关键。为此,结合煎茶水库工程施工安全稳定运行实际案例展开分析研究。认识工程概况,并针对煎茶水库工程中的重点和难进行分析研究,着重从混凝土填筑料场的开采、坝体混凝土的防裂措施、如何保证大坝帷幕灌浆效果等三方面施工难点确定解决对策;同时重点围绕施工安全管理、质量、进度及费用控制和项目管理等方面研究相应对策。可为类似水库工程施工提供参考借鉴。It is the key to the safe and stable operation of reservoir construction to analyze the difficulties and finding the solutions of the reservoir construction.Therefore,the actual cases of safe and stable operation of jiancha Reservoir project construction are analyzed and studied.Understanding the project overview and analyzing the key points and difficulties of the Jianta Reservoir project,the research focuses on three aspects:the excavation of concrete filling materials,crack prevention measures for dam concrete,and ensuring the effectiveness of grouting for the dam curtain.Solutions are determined for these construction difficulties.Additionally,corresponding strategies are studied focusing on construction safety management,quality,progress,cost control,and project management.These findings can provide reference and guidance for similar reservoir construction projects.
