德建水库供水工程TBM穿越断层破碎带施工研究

摘  要:以连山县德建水库供水工程为背景,在概述引水隧洞地质条件的基础上,分析了TBM施工风险,并对TBM穿越该水库引水隧洞断层破碎带时围岩变形特征和TBM护盾受力特性展开三维数值模拟,对支护施工要点进行分析。结果表明,TBM穿越断层破碎带施工时必须先探测、预加固、适时调整掘进参数,加强支护,紧封闭,勤测量,保证施工安全和质量。Taking the water supply project of Dejian Reservoir in Lianshan County as the background,on the basis of summarizing the geological conditions of the diversion tunnel,the risk of TBM construction is analyzed in this paper.In addition,the three-dimensional numerical simulation on the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and the stress characteristics of TBM shield when TBM crosses the fault fracture zone of the reservoir diversion tunnel are conducted.The key points of support construction is also analyzed.The results show that TBM must detect,pre-reinforce,timely adjust the driving parameters,strengthen the support,tighten the seal and measure frequently to ensure the construction safety and quality.
