浅谈河口村水库双重预防体系建设

摘　　要：近些年来国内外安全事故频发,造成了重大伤亡和巨大经济损失。为推动安全管理水平不断提高,遏制事故发生,河口村水库建立了风险分级管控和隐患排查治理体系(以下简称双重预防体系)。文章阐述了河口村水库双重预防体系的建设过程,对所发现的问题提出了建议和对策,以期为其他水利工程运行管理单位提供参考。In recent years,frequent safety accidents have occurred domistic and abroad,causing heavy casualties and huge economic losses.In order to promote the continuous improvement of safety management level and curb the occurrence of accidents,Hekou Village Reservoir has established a risk classification control and hidden danger detection and management system,which will be referred to the double prevention system in the paper.The construction process of the double prevention system of Hekou Village Reservoir is described,and suggestions and countermeasures for the problems found are put forward.These provide reference for other operation of water conservancy management units.
