水库型风景区旅游可持续发展评价指标体系构建

摘　　要：为了明确水库型风景区水资源和人的协调发展战略目标,采用层次分析法,构建了水库型风景区旅游可持续发展评价指标体系,指标体系分为一级指标、二级指标、三级指标,其中一级指标有3个,分别为水库型旅游经济社会效益、水库型旅游生态环境资源保护能力和水库型旅游经济持续增长能力;二级指标有9个,分别为水库型旅游业内部结构竞争力、水库型旅游产品竞争力、水库型风景区经济发展水平、水库型旅游资源保护水平、水库型景区周边环境质量、旅游者满意度、社区居民满意度等;三级指标有46个,体系的构建促进了水库型风景区工作的有效运行以及水库型风景健康发展。In order to clarify the strategic goal of the coordinated development of water resources and human resources in reservoir type scenic areas,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to construct an evaluation index system for sustainable tourism development in reservoir type scenic areas.The index system is divided into first-level indicators,second-level indicators,and third-level indicators.Among them,there are three first-level indicators,which are the economic and social benefits of reservoir-based tourism,the protection ability of reservoir-based tourism ecological environment resources and the sustainable growth ability of reservoir-based tourism economy.There are 9 second-level indicators,which are the internal structural competitiveness of reservoir based tourism industry,the competitiveness of the reservoir based tourism products,the economic development level of reservoir based scenic areas,the protection level of reservoir based tourism resources,the surrounding environmental quality of reservoir based scenic areas,tourist satisfaction,and community resident satisfaction.There are 46 three-level indicators.The construction of the system has promoted the effective operation of reservoir type scenic spots and the healthy development of reservoir type scenic spots.
