摘　　要：超声波探伤试块是用于校准超声探伤设备常用的一种计量器具。本文介绍了采用三坐标测量机对超声波探伤试块进行误差校准的方法,并对该方法进行了不确定度的分析,得出U=0.013 mm,k=2。Blocks used in ultrasonic testing is a common measuring instrument used to calibrate ultrasonic flaw detection equipment.This paper introduces the method of blocks used in ultrasonic testing by CMM,and analyzes the uncertainty of this method.The result is U=0.013 mm,k=2.
