里氏硬度计其他标尺示值准确度分析

摘　　要：里氏硬度计是比较常用的硬度测试工具之一,里氏硬度计通常用于测量工件的里氏硬度值,但如果需要用其来测量其他硬度值时,也会用其测量布氏硬度值或洛氏硬度值。本文采用3个比较常见的里氏硬度计测量常用的里氏硬度块、布氏硬度块和洛氏硬度块,在保证里氏硬度块实验数据合格的情况下,通过分析其他硬度块实验数据,给出里氏硬度计测量布氏硬度和洛氏硬度的相应规律,最后对里氏硬度计检测布氏硬度和洛氏硬度实验给出一定的建议。The Leeb hardness tester is one of the commonly used hardness testing tools,usually used to measure the Leeb hardness value of the workpiece.However,if it is necessary to measure other hardness values,it will also be used to measure the Brinell hardness value or Rockwell hardness value.This article uses three commonly used Leeb hardness testers to measure commonly used Leeb hardness blocks,Brinell hardness blocks,and Rockwell hardness blocks.While ensuring that the experimental data of Leeb hardness blocks are qualified,by analyzing the experimental data of other hardness blocks,the corresponding laws of Leeb hardness tester measuring Brinell hardness and Rockwell hardness are given.Finally,some suggestions are given for Leeb hardness tester testing Brinell hardness and Rockwell hardness experiments.
