摘　　要：参照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)对2020至2022年厦门市售的426批次化妆品进行了检测,对检测结果进行了统计学分析,并客观评价了厦门市售化妆品的质量安全情况。结果共发现12批次不合格化妆品,不合格率为2.82%。不合格问题主要集中在重金属超标、检出结果与批件及标签标识比对不一致、非法添加禁用物质和微生物超标等项目。建议监管部门应加大监管力度,开展专项整治,提高生产和经营者的法律意识和消费者的维权意识。A total of 426 batches of cosmetics sold in Xiamen from 2020 to 2022 were tested in accordance with the"Safety Technical Specifications for Cosmetics"(2015 edition).The test results were statistically analyzed and the quality and safety of cosmetics sold in Xiamen were objectively evaluated.A total of 12 batches of unqualified cosmetics were found,with a failure rate of 2.82%.The main problems of non conformity are concentrated in projects such as excessive heavy metals,inconsistent detection results with the approved documents and label labels,illegal addition of prohibited substances,and excessive microorganisms.It is suggested that regulatory authorities should increase their supervision efforts,carry out special rectification,and improve the legal awareness of producers and operators,as well as the awareness of consumers'rights protection.
