摘  要:目的:了解不同产地刺五加叶中钠(Na)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、钒(V)、铬(Cr)、锂(Li)、锑(Sb)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)、铜(Cu)14种微量元素的含量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定,选取同位素铍(Be)、铋(Bi)、铟(In)、钪(Sc)、锗(Ge)作为内标溶液进行测定。结果:各元素线性关系均良好(r>0.997),各元素精密度试验RSD值均小于5.91%,重复性RSD值在1.91%~6.05%之间,平均回收率为73.94%~108.75%,不同产地刺五加叶中Ca、Mg元素含量最高,远高于其他元素,同时药材安全性均符合要求。结论:该方法具有分析速度快和准确度高的优点,可用于刺五加叶中14种微量元素的含量测定。Objective:To investigate the content of 14 trace elements,including sodium(Na),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),cobalt(Co),nickel(Ni),vanadium(V),chromium(Cr),lithium(Li),antimony(Sb),arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg),lead(Pb),and copper(Cu),in the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus from different regions.The method was determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and isotopes beryllium(Be),bismuth(Bi),indium(In),scandium(Sc),and germanium(Ge)were selected as internal standard solutions for determination.The linear relationship of each element was good(r>0.997),and the RSD values of precision tests for each element were less than 5.91%.The repeatability RSD values ranged from 1.91%to 6.05%,and the average recovery rate was 73.94%to 108.75%.The content of Ca and Mg elements in the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus from different regions was the highest,much higher than other elements.At the same time,the safety of the medicinal materials met the requirements.Conclusion:This method has the advantages of fast analysis speed and high accuracy,and can be used for the determination of 14 trace elements in the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus.
