摘　　要：在实践中,建筑工程施工质量管理中存在诸多问题,这些问题严重制约了施工质量的提高。因此,本文将就建筑工程施工质量管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策,以期为建筑工程施工质量管理的改进提供一定的借鉴和参考。In practice,there are many problems in the construction quality management of building projects,which seriously restrict the improvement of construction quality.Therefore,this paper will analyze the problems existing in the construction quality management of construction projects,and put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide some reference for the improvement of construction quality management of construction projects.
