摘　　要：建筑工程质量管理一直是建筑工程行业中非常重要的一个问题。本文通过对建筑工程质量管理现状的分析,指出了当前建筑工程质量管理存在的问题。同时,本文探讨了建筑工程项目质量提升的策略,包括质量管理标准化体系建设、质量培训与技能提升、质量控制技术与工具应用以及建筑工程质量改进的管理模式。最后,本文进行了建筑工程项目质量提升的经济效益分析,为建筑工程行业提升质量水平提供了参考。Construction engineering quality management has always been a very important issue in the construction industry.Based on the analysis of the current situation of construction engineering quality management,this paper points out the problems existing in the current construction engineering quality management.At the same time,this paper discusses the strategies to improve the quality of construction projects,including the construction of quality management standardization system,quality training and skills upgrading,the application of quality control technologies and tools,and the management mode of quality improvement of construction projects.Finally,this paper analyzes the economic benefits of improving the quality of construction projects,which provides a reference for the construction industry to improve the quality level.
