摘 要:对高强方钢管轻骨料混凝土桁架加劲X型节点和基本型X节点进行了静力加载试验.结果表明,加劲节点的破坏模式有加劲板与压剪支管焊缝开裂、压剪支管翼板被加劲板拉开和压剪支管在靠近加劲板外端截面剪压破坏,基本型节点的破坏模式为支主管焊缝开裂.加劲节点的焊缝开裂载荷和极限承载力较基本型节点分别提高63.3%和18.3%.根据加劲节点试验破坏模式,利用ABAQUS有限元仿真模拟,推导了加劲X型节点的支主管焊缝开裂承载力、支主管局部屈曲承载力计算式.经与试验结果对比,验证了提出的加劲节点承载力计算式的精度.The static loading tests were carried out on stiffened X-joints and traditional X-joints of lightweight aggregate-filled high-strength square steel tube truss.Results indicate that stiffened joints are considered as failure modes of the weld between the stiffener plate and the compression shear branch pipe cracks,the wing plate of the compression shear branch pipe is pulled apart by the stiffener plate,and the compression shear branch pipe is damaged in the section near the outer end of the stiffener plate.The failure mode of the traditional joint is the cracking of the main branch weld.The weld cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity of stiffened joints are 63.3% and 18.3% higher than those of traditional joints,respectively.According to the failure modes of stiffened joint tests,using ABAQUS finite element simulation,the calculation formulas of weld cracking capacity and local buckling capacity of stiffened X-joints are derived.Compared with the test results,the accuracy of the proposed formula for calculating the bearing capacity of stiffened joints is verified.
