摘 要:目的研究托幼机构消毒质量与手足口病聚集性疫情之间的关联,为开展预防性消毒、控制手足口病聚集性疫情提供参考。方法收集盐城市2018-2021年托幼机构消毒质量监测和手足口病聚集性疫情数据,分析两者关联。结果监测样品共22524份,总合格率为92.06%,无手足口聚集性疫情托幼机构总合格率93.59%,高于有聚集性疫情托幼机构的88.99%(P<0.05)。各监测项目中,无手足口病聚集性疫情的托幼机构物体表面消毒合格率为95.10%,高于有聚集性疫情机构的87.81%(P<0.05);无聚集性疫情机构的工作人员手卫生合格率95.56%,高于有疫情机构的86.34%(P<0.05)。聚集性疫情次数为0、1、≥2次托幼机构物体表面合格率分别为95.10%、88.66%、85.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),工作人员手合格率分别为95.56%、87.56%、83.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。罹患率≤2%的托幼机构物体表面和工作人员手合格率分别为89.88%、89.13%,均高于罹患率>2%的托幼机构(86.44%、84.47%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论托幼机构物体表面及工作人员手消毒质量与手足口病聚集性疫情是否发生、发生次数及罹患率之间存在关联。Objective To study the correlation between the disinfection quality and the clustering of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in kindergartens,and provide reference for carrying out preventive disinfection and controlling the clustering of HFMD.Methods The data of disinfection quality monitoring and HFMD in kindergartens in Yancheng city from 2018 to 2021 were collected,and the correlation between them was analyzed.Results A total of 22524 samples were monitored,with a total qualified rate of 92.06%.The total qualified rate in kindergartens without HFMD clusters was 93.59%,which was higher than 88.99%in kindergartens with clusters(P<0.05).Among the monitoring items,the qualified rate of object surface disinfection in kindergartens without HFMD clusters was 95.10%,which was higher than that(87.81%)in kindergartens with HFMD clusters(P<0.05).The qualified rate of hand hygiene among staff in institutions without clusters was 95.56%,which was higher than that(86.34%)in institutions with clusters(P<0.05).The qualified rates of object surface in nurseries with 0,1 and≥2 times of clustering were 95.10%,88.66%and 85.83%,respectively(P<0.05).The qualified rates for staff hands were 95.56%,87.56%and 83.48%,respectively(P<0.05).The qualified rates of object surface and staff hand in kindergartens with attack rate≤2%were 89.88%and 89.13%,respectively,which were higher than those in kindergartens with attack rate>2%(86.44%,84.47%),the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions There is a correlation between the disinfection quality of object surface and staff's hands in kindergartens and the occurrence,frequency and attack rate of HFMD clusters.
