摘　　要：目的了解2020-2021年南阳市疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization,AEFI)发生特征。方法收集中国免疫规划信息系统中南阳市报告的2020-2021年AEFI个案数据,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果2020-2021年南阳市共报告4741例AEFI,报告发生率为22.13/10万剂。男女性别比为0.96∶1;0岁组报告最多(1387例),占29.26%;每月均有病例报告,7月份最多(704例),占14.85%;不同地区报告发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。报告接种卡介苗后异常反应发生率最高(2.23/10万剂)。异常反应主要表现为过敏性皮疹,发生率为0.05/10万剂。92.31%的严重急性过敏反应发生在接种后30 min内。结论2020-2021年南阳市报告接种疫苗后引起的不良反应以一般反应(发热/红肿/硬结)为主,个别地区监测敏感性尚需提高。Objective To understand the characteristics of Adverse Event Following Immunization(AEFI)in Nanyang,2020-2021.Methods The data of AEFI cases were collected through the National Immunization Program Information System and analyzed by the descriptive epidemiology.Results In total,4741 AEFI cases were reported,with the reported incidence of 22.13/105 doses.The ratio of male to female was 0.96∶1.Among them,the 0 years old group had the most(1387 cases)reported,accounting for 29.26%.Cases were reported every month,and the most were reported in July(704 cases),accounting for 14.85%.The difference of the reported incidence among the regions was statistically significant(P<0.05).The highest reported incidence of abnormal reaction occurred after BCG vaccination(2.23/10000 doses).Abnormal reactions were mainly manifested as allergic rash,with an incidence rate of 0.05/10000 doses.Of severe acute allergic reactions,92.31%occurred within 30 minutes after the vaccination.Conclusions The AEFIs reported were mainly general reactions(fever/redness/stiffness)in Nanyang,2020-2021.The sensitivity of the surveillance in some regions still needs to be improved.
