摘  要:目的 探讨微针射频靶向破坏皮脂腺治疗重度痤疮的临床效果。方法 收集本院皮肤科门诊重度痤疮患者80例,随机分为两组,观察组采用微针射频治疗,对照组口服盐酸米诺环素,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗8周后观察组痤疮严重程度指数(GAGS)评分低于对照组[(12.32±7.60)vs.(16.53±8.84),P<0.05],皮损数量低于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后观察组日常皮脂水平、皮脂溢出率明显低于对照组(P<0.01);1年后随访,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 微针射频治疗可降低面部皮脂水平,对重度痤疮治疗效果较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the single microneedle radiofrequency targeted destruction of sebaceous glands in the treatment of severe acne.Methods Eighty patients with severe acne treated in Department of Dermatology of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with microneedle radiofrequency and the control group was treated with oral minocycline hydrochloride.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 8 weeks after treatment,the GAGS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group [(12.32 ± 7.60) vs.(16.53 ± 8.84),P<0.05],and the number of skin lesions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the daily sebum level and sebum overflow rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups after 1 year follow-up(P<0.01).Conclusion Microneedle radiofrequency therapy can reduce the level of facial sebum and has a better effect on severe acne.
