摘　　要：患者女,62岁,全身黄色风团伴瘙痒2 d。皮肤科情况:全身泛发黄色风团,圆形、类圆形及不规则形,约1~15 cm大小,部分皮疹相互融合。肝功能示:总胆红素282.4μmol/L,直接胆红素196.6μmol/L。腹部CT示:肝脏弥漫结节及团块灶,多考虑转移性病变。诊断:黄色荨麻疹。A 62-year-old female presented with yellow wheals and itching for 2 days.Dermatological examination showed the whole body was suffused with yellow wheals,which were round,quasi round and irregular in shape,about 1 to 15 cm in size,and some rashes fused with each other.Liver function showed total bilirubin 282.4 μmol/L and direct bilirubin 196.6 μmol/L.Abdominal CT showed diffuse nodules and masses in the liver,and metastatic lesions were considered.The diagnosis of yellow urticaria was made.
