摘 要:针对核定过网费与线损费用已成为限制分布式发电交易的问题,亟须研究计及过网费与线损费用的分布式能源市场化交易。首先,建立社会效益最大化的分布式发电集中竞价交易模型,在交易模型中考虑主体投标约束与电网运行约束,采用交叉补贴与增值税核定过网费,以边际线损的方法核定每笔交易所产生的线损费用;其次,由于交易边际线损具有非线性特征,为了充分评估线损费用对分布式交易的影响,通过迭代交易进行求解以推进分布式能源就近交易;再次,考虑到发用电预测精度随着交易执行时间的临近不断提升,通过滚动修正和电网兜底对交易偏差电量进行处理;最后,通过算例分析验证了所提分布式交易模型和机制的可行性,分布式发电市场化交易能为参与主体创造较高的经济利益,且该模型在社会效益最大化的基础上,更倾向于形成线损费用更低、距离更近的交易组合,符合就近交易的原则,有望推动分布式能源市场的发展。The determination of network fees and line loss costs has become a constraint for distributed generation transactions,it is urgent to study the market-based transactions of distributed energy resources taking into account network fees and line loss expenses.Firstly,a centralized bidding transaction model for distributed generation is developed to maximize social benefits.Considering bidding constraints and grid operational constraints,cross subsidies and value-added tax are used to determine network fees in the trading model,while the marginal line loss method is employed to determine the line loss costs incurred by each transaction.Secondly,due to the nonlinear characteristics of transaction line losses,iterative transaction solving is utilized to comprehensively assess the impact of line loss costs on distributed transactions and promote nearby transactions of distributed energy resources.Furthermore,considering the improved accuracy of demand and electricity forecasting as the transaction execution time approaches,a combination of rolling correction and grid backup is employed to handle transaction deviation volume.Finally,through case analysis,the feasibility of the proposed distributed transaction model and mechanism is verified.Distributed generation marketbased transactions can yield higher economic benefits for participating entities.Moreover,this model,rooted in the maximization of societal benefits,tends to favor the formation of transactions with lower line loss costs and shorter distances,aligning with the principle of proximity trading,which is expected to drivethe advancement of the distributed energy market.
