摘　　要：为了提高平板电脑触摸屏的显示效果,提出了一种热压工艺,结合生产过程的需求,开发了全自动TP-15热压机。介绍了热压机的功能、部件组成及关键设计技术。经过热压机的加热和挤压,改善了屏幕的显示效果,提高了用户的体验度。In order to improve the display effect of the touch screen of the tablet computer,a kind of hot-pressing process is put forward.This paper introduces the functions and components of the Hot Press,and introduces the key design techniques of the main components.After heating and ertruding by the hot press,After heating and extruding by hot press,the display effect of the screen is improved and the user's experience is enhanced.
