护-患合作目标在冠心病支架术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护-患合作目标在冠心病支架术后患者中应用的可行性和有效性,旨在提高患者的自我管理行为和生活质量。方法以便利抽样方式选取2018年12月至2019年7月在浙江省杭州市某三级甲等医院心内科住院的47例支架术后患者作为研究对象,均实施基于护-患合作目标的延续护理干预。评价支架术后患者干预12 w后的自我管理行为、生活质量和8个维度的护-患合作目标达标率变化情况。结果干预后支架术后患者自我管理行为、生活质量较干预前均显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),7个维度目标达标率(症状自我监测、身体活动、合理饮食、戒烟、限酒、服药依从、定期复诊)处于高水平(82.03%~98.33%),控制体重目标处于低水平(53.52%)。结论基于护-患合作目标的延续护理干预具有可行性,且能有效提高支架术后患者的自我管理行为和生活质量。Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of nurse-patient cooperation in patients with coronary heart disease after stenting,so as to improve patients'self-management behavior and quality of life.Methods A total of 47 patients were conveniently selected after stenting operation to carry out continuous nursing intervention with the goal of nurse-patient cooperation from December 2018 to July 2019.The self-management behavior,quality of life and the achievement rate of 8 dimensions of nurse-patient cooperation goals were evaluated after 12 weeks of intervention.Results The self-management behavior and quality of life of patients after stenting were significantly improved after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The rate of meeting the goals of 7 dimensions(symptom self-monitoring,physical activity,reasonable diet,smoking cessation,alcohol limit,medication compliance,regular return visit)was at a high level(82.03%~98.33%).The weight control target was at a low level(53.52%).Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention with the goal of nurse-patient cooperation is feasible,and can effectively improve self-management behavior and quality of life of patients after stenting.
