摘　　要：试验旨在研究发酵双黄连药渣对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫指标及肠道菌群的影响。选取21日龄健康“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪96头,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。A组(对照组)断奶仔猪饲喂基础日粮,B组和C组分别在基础日粮中添加2%发酵药渣(植物乳杆菌LP-1522发酵双黄连药渣)和2%未发酵药渣;D组在基础日粮中添加乳酸菌菌剂(108 CFU/L)。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,B组断奶仔猪的平均日采食量、平均日增重分别显著提高10.37%和16.48%(P<0.05),腹泻率和料重比显著降低(P<0.05);B组断奶仔猪血清总蛋白含量显著升高7.34%(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著升高(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。饲喂发酵双黄连药渣后,断奶仔猪肠道中乳酸杆菌的相对丰度明显升高,大肠埃希氏菌-志贺菌及链球菌等致病性细菌的相对丰度明显降低。研究表明,发酵双黄连药渣可以提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,抑制肠道病原菌,降低腹泻率,提高免疫性能。The study aimed to investigate the effect of fermented Shuanghuanglian medicinal residues on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune indexes and intestinal flora in weaned piglets.A total of 96 healthy 21-day-old'Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire'crossbred weaned piglets were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates in each group and six weaned piglets in each replicate.The weaned piglets in group A(control group)were fed with basal diet.Group B and group C added 2%fermentation residue(Lactobacillus plantarum LP-1522 ferment the Shuanghuanglian medicinal residues)and 2%unfermented residue on the basis of feeding the basal diet,respectively.Group D added lactic acid bacteria(108 CFU/L)to the basic diet.The pre-test lasted for 7 d,and the formal test lasted for 28 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and daily weight gain of weaned piglets in group B increased significantly by 10.37%and 16.48%,respectively(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate and feed to gain ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05).The total protein of test piglets which feed by fermented Shuanghuanglian medicinal residues in serum increase by 7.34%.The serum total protein content of weaned piglets in group B was significantly increased by 7.34%(P<0.05),the content of immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of urea nitrogen was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Lactobacillus increased and the relative abundance of pathogenic bacteria in the intestines of piglets such as Escherichia-Shigella as well as Streptococcus decreased by feeding fermented Shuanghuanglian medicinal residues.The study indicates that fermented Shuanghuanglian medicinal residues improve the growth performance,inhibit intestinal pathogens,reduce the diarrhea rate and improve the immune performance of piglets.
