摘 要:试验旨在探讨发酵金针菇菇渣部分替代花生秧对梅花鹿生长性能、血清生化、免疫及抗氧化指标的影响。将12只体况相近、健康状况良好的雄性梅花鹿随机分为对照组和试验组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只鹿。对照组梅花鹿的粗饲料为花生秧,试验组使用发酵金针菇菇渣代替全价日粮中40%的花生秧。预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组梅花鹿的总增重(TWG)、平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清尿素氮(BUN)含量、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著降低(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著升高(P<0.05);免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05);谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加发酵金针菇菇渣可提高梅花鹿生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力,改善血清中蛋白质的代谢水平。The experiment was to investigate the effect of partial replacement of peanut seedling with fermented enoki mushroom residue on growth performance,serum biochemical,immune and antioxidant indexes of sika deer.Twelve healthy male sika deer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with six replicates in each group,one deer in each replicate.The roughage of sika deer in the control group was peanut seedlings,and the sika deer in experimental group were fed with fermented enoki mushroom residue instead of 40%peanut vine in the full price diet.The pre-test period was 10 d,and the formal experiment period was 60 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the TWG and ADG of sika deer in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and F/G was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The BUN content and AST activity were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the activity of ALP was significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of IgG and IFN-γwas significantly increased(P<0.05).The activity of GSH-Px was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding fermented enoki mushroom residue to diet can improve growth performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity,and improve blood protein metabolism level of sika deer.
