摘　　要：日粮精粗比是影响反刍动物生产性能的重要因素。适当的日粮精粗比可以维持反刍动物的瘤胃发酵功能,稳定瘤胃内环境,预防瘤胃酸中毒发生,为机体提供营养物质,从而保证了反刍动物的泌乳性能、屠宰性能等生产性能的高效发挥。文章从日粮精粗比对反刍动物的营养物质消化与代谢、瘤胃发酵、胃肠道菌群、瘤胃酸中毒、屠宰性能等方面的影响进行了综述,为提高反刍动物养殖效益提供参考。The ratio of dietary concentrate to coarse is an important factor affecting the performance of ruminants.An appropriate ratio of dietary concentrate to coarse can maintain rumen fermentation function of ruminants,stabilize rumen environment,prevent rumen acidosis and provide nutrients for the body,so as to ensure the efficient production performance of ruminants such as lactation performance and slaughter performance.In the paper,the effects of dietary concentrate to coarse ratio on nutrient digestion and metabolism,rumen fermentation,gastrointestinal flora,rumen acidosis and slaughter performance of ruminants are reviewed to provide reference for improving the efficiency of ruminant breeding.
