摘　　要：苜蓿中富含蛋白质、脂肪、维生素和矿物质等营养物质,且富含黄酮、皂苷等生物活性物质,具有促进畜禽生长、改善畜产品品质、提高机体抗氧化能力及免疫功能等作用,是优良的饲料资源。青贮是常用的苜蓿贮存方法。苜蓿青贮养分损失少、适口性好、消化率高、保存期长,能够机械化操作,节省人工成本。牛、羊能够充分利用苜蓿青贮中的纤维物质,从而提高饲料转化率,降低养殖成本,增加养殖的经济效益。文章对苜蓿的营养价值、药用价值和3种苜蓿青贮方式在牛、羊生产中的应用进行综述,为苜蓿在牛、羊养殖生产中的后续研究及应用提供参考。Alfalfa is rich in protein,fat,vitamins and minerals and other nutrients,and is rich in flavonoids,saponins and other bioactive substances.It can promote the growth of livestock and poultry,improve the quality of livestock products,improve the antioxidant capacity and immune function of the body,and is an excellent feed resource.Silage is a common storage method of alfalfa.Alfalfa silage has the advantages of less nutrient loss,good palatability,high digestibility and long storage period.It can be operated mechanically and save labor costs.Cattle and sheep make full use of the fiber material in the grass to improve feed conversion rate,reduce breeding costs and increase the economic benefits of breeding.The paper summarizes the nutritional value,medicinal value of alfalfa and the application status of three alfalfa silage methods in cattle and sheep production,to provide reference for the follow-up research and application of forage in cattle and sheep breeding.
