摘　　要：例1男,26岁,面部红色丘疹伴痒痛20余天。例2男,19岁,面颈部反复红色丘疹、脓疱伴痒1年,加重1周。例3男,65岁,面部、躯干及双上肢红色丘疹、脓疱伴痒反复20年。3例均诊断为经典型嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎。该病多发于面部,可见漩涡状或匍行性斑块,点缀有毛囊性丘疹和脓疱,皮损向四周扩散而中心消退。皮损组织病理示:毛囊、皮脂腺内及周围大量以嗜酸性粒细胞为主的浸润。表皮内可见嗜酸性微脓疡,真皮浅中层及毛囊附属器较密集嗜酸细胞、部分中性粒细胞浸润。3例均给予口服吲哚美辛及外用他克莫司软膏治疗,停药后随诊6个月均未复发。Case 1,a 26-year-old male had red pimples on his face with itching pain for more than twenty days.Case 2,a 19-year-old male had repeated red pimples and pustules on the face and neck with itching for 1 year,which worsened for one week.Case 3,a 65-year-old male had red papules,pustules and itching on his face,trunk and upper limbs for twenty years.All three cases were diagnosed with classic eosinophilic pustular folliculitis.The disease mostly occurs on the face,with swirl or creeping plaques dotted with follicular papules and pustules.The skin lesions spread around and recede in the center.Histopathology of skin show that a large number of eosinophils infiltrated in and around hair follicles and sebaceous glands.Eosinophilic micro-abscess can be seen in the epidermis,with dense eosinophils and partial neutrophils infiltrating in the superficial and middle dermis and hair follicle appendages.Oral indomethacin and topical tacrolimus ointment were given for treatment,and no recurrence occurred after 6 months of follow-up.
