摘  要:皮肤老化现已成为皮肤领域以及群众关注的皮肤健康热点,经紫外线长时间照射所引发的光老化问题是目前防治皮肤老化的关键。近年来,关于光老化的研究主要集中于相关蛋白酶,以及受基因表达和酶活性影响的信号通路和代谢途径的改变等方面。转录组学技术的应用进一步完善了光老化的发生机制,阐释了脉管系统、脂代谢、氧化应激等相关基因在光老化进程中的作用,为皮肤光老化的基因/通路机制研究提供了很多新思路。该技术的应用也有助于探索抗光老化药物的治疗机制,并为新药物的研发提供潜在靶点。本文主要对转录组测序的原理、方法以及在皮肤光老化的发生机制、治疗研究中的应用进行综述。Skin aging has become a hot spot of skin research.Deciphering photoaging caused by long-term ultraviolet radiation is the key to the prevention and treatment of skin aging.In recent years,research on photoaging has mainly focused on the role of proteases and changes in signaling and metabolic pathways affected by gene expression and enzymatic activity.The application of transcriptomic technology has further improved the understanding of the mechanism of photoaging,explained the role of the vasculature,lipid metabolism,oxidative stress,the genes implicated in the process of photoaging,and provided insights for the study of the genetic pathways and mechanisms of skin photoaging.The application of this technology may help explore the therapeutic efficacy of anti-photoaging drugs and provide potential targets for developing new drugs.This article mainly reviews the principles and methods of transcriptome sequencing,and its application in the research and treatment of skin photoaging.
