新文科背景下人文精神与科技创新相结合的拔尖人才培养研究——以西北工业大学国家级英语一流本科专业建设为例

摘　　要：本文分析了新文科背景下国防院校英语专业面临的诸多挑战及发展机遇,提出以专业自身的升级迭代为中心,以双向辅修专业为助力,以聚焦人文性与专业性的微专业为助推,形成微专业—辅修专业—专业发展的良性发展链条;同时以本科毕业论文质量提升为抓手,以一流课程建设为切入点,以国内外合作平台为契机,培养学生的人文精神与科技创新精神。在管理方面,加强基层教学组织建设,构建“五维”教学评估体系,推行“三全”质量监控模式,以最终建立特色鲜明的国防院校国家级英语一流专业。This article analyzes challenges as well as opportunities for the development of first-rank English major program in national defense universities in the context of new liberal arts.Centering on the enhancement of English major program,two-way minors and micro-specialty could be set up.Meanwhile in order to cultivate top talents with humanistic and innovative spirits,this article calls for improving students' thesis-writing skills,implementing first-class courses,and building international cooperation research platforms.Regarding management,it is suggested that the organization construction should be reinforced,five-dimensional evaluation system and complete teaching quality monitoring system should be promoted so that the first-rank English major program with strong characteristics of national defense universities is finally established.
