乌梅丸改良方联合美沙拉秦缓释片治疗溃疡性结肠炎(寒热错杂证)的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察乌梅丸改良方联合美沙拉秦缓释片治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)(寒热错杂证)的临床效果。方法选取2019年2月至2022年8月就诊于西安市中医医院肛肠科的42例UC(寒热错杂证)患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,各21例。对照组予美沙拉秦缓释片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服乌梅丸改良方。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,治疗组的便质、腹泻、腹痛、四肢不温、口渴评分及症状总积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,治疗组的排便次数、血便、内镜表现及医师总体评价评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,治疗组的结肠黏膜评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌梅丸改良方联合美沙拉秦缓释片治疗UC(寒热错杂证)的效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of improved formula for Wumei pill and mesalazine slow release tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)(mixed cold and heat syndrome).Methods A total of 42 patients with UC(mixed cold and heat syndrome)who were admitted in the anorectal department of Xi'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine slow release tablets,and the treatment group was given improved formula for Wumei pill on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the stool quality,diarrhea,abdominal pain,cool limbs,thirst scores and total symptom score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the frequency of defecation,blood stool,endoscopic findings and overall evaluation of physicians scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the colonic mucosal score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved formula for Wumei pill and mesalazine slow release tablets in the treatment of UC(mixed cold and heat syndrome)has a significant effect,it can improve clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
