温针灸联合桃红饮加味治疗瘀血阻络型类风湿关节炎的效果及对骨代谢、MCP-1、TGF-β_(1)的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸联合桃红饮加味治疗瘀血阻络型类风湿关节炎的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月收治的80例瘀血阻络型类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予桃红饮加味治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加温针灸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(T-PⅠNP)、骨钙素(BGP)、骨保护素(OPG)水平高于对照组,β胶原降解产物(β-CTX)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合桃红饮加味治疗瘀血阻络型类风湿关节炎的效果较好,其可改善骨代谢指标,调节MCP-1、TGF-β_(1)水平。Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture combined with modified Taohong Yin in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of blood stasis blocking collaterals.Methods A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of blood stasis blocking collaterals admitted from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Taohong Yin,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total N-terminal propeptide of typeⅠprocollagen(T-PINP),bone glutamyl protein(BGP)and osteoclastogenesis inhibitory factor(OPG)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level ofβ-C-terminal telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen(β-CTX)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with modified Taohong Yin has a good therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis of blood stasis blocking collaterals,which can improve bone metabolism index and regulate MCP-1 and TGF-β_(1)levels.
