耳道吹灸、足三里穴温和悬灸联合针刺治疗面瘫风寒证的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨耳道吹灸、足三里穴温和悬灸联合针刺治疗面瘫风寒证的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月陕西省中医医院针灸科门诊收治的60例面瘫风寒证患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予耳道吹灸联合足三里穴温和悬灸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组的面部残疾躯体功能(FDIP)评分高于对照组,面部残疾社会生活功能(FDIS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组的面瘫症状体征量化积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良事件总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳道吹灸、足三里穴温和悬灸联合针刺治疗面瘫风寒证效果显著,可以改善面部残疾和面部神经功能,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of auricular moxibustion,mild suspension moxibustion at Zusanli point combined with acupuncture in the treatment of facial paralysis with wind-cold syndrome.Methods A total of 60 facial paralysis of wind-cold syndrome patients admitted in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion department of Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with auricular moxibustion combined with mild suspension moxibustion at Zusanli point on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the Facial Disability Index Physical Function(FDIP)score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the Facial Disability Index Social Life Function(FDIS)score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the quantitative score of facial paralysis symptom and sign in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular moxibustion,mild suspension moxibustion at Zusanli point combined with acupuncture in the treatment of facial paralysis with wind-cold syndrome has a significant effect,it can improve facial disability and facial nerve function,which is worthy of promotion.
