摘　　要：目的探讨基于现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)沟通模式的家庭护理在骨肿瘤患者中的应用效果及对依从性的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月于本院诊治的56例骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于SBAR沟通模式的家庭护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的功能训练、服药、饮食及复诊评分均升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均降低,美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分升高,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于SBAR沟通模式的家庭护理可明显改善骨肿瘤患者的负性情绪,提高依从性,促进术后膝关节功能恢复,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of home nursing based on situation-background-assessment-recommendation(SBAR)communication model in bone tumor patients and its influence on compliance.Methods Fifty-six patients with bone tumor diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given home nursing based on SBAR communication model on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of functional training,medication,diet and return visit increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of both groups decreased,the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Home nursing based on SBAR communication model can significantly ameliorate the negative emotion of bone tumor patients,improve compliance,and promote the postoperative recovery of knee function,which is worthy of promotion.
