摘　　要：目的探究基于自我调节模式的疾病感知护理结合预见性化疗反应护理在白血病化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月至2021年12月接受化疗的100例白血病患者作为研究对象,按照护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组接受预见性化疗反应护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于自我调节模式的疾病感知护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的毒副反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的情绪性疾病表征、认知性疾病表征及疾病认知评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于自我调节模式的疾病感知护理结合预见性化疗反应护理可改善白血病化疗患者疾病感知及应对方式,有效降低毒副反应总发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of disease perception nursing based on self-regulation mode combined with predictive chemotherapy response nursing in leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with leukemia who received chemotherapy from June 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing plan,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received predictive chemotherapy response nursing,and the observation group received disease perception nursing based on self-regulation mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of toxic and side effects in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the facing score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yielding scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of emotional disease characterization,cognitive disease characterization and disease cognition in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The disease perception nursing based on self-regulation mode combined with predictive chemotherapy response nursing can improve the disease perception and coping style of leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy,and effectively reduce the total incidence of toxic and side effects,which is worthy of promotion.
