摘 要:文章基于知识管理视角,考察了出版业在短视频领域的知识生产与传播实践。研究发现:其一,作为主体的多元知识产消者(个体/组织)、作为客体的知识类型(隐性/显性)构建了“图书+短视频”知识场的两个维度;其二,网络化知识生产的关系主要包含三种类型,即集聚关系、需求关系和数据关系;其三,在知识传播活动中,通过隐性知识和显性知识之间的相互作用,以社会化、外显化、组合化、内隐化四种方式形成知识创造的螺旋。从知识管理视角来考察“图书+短视频”知识场,有助于拓宽出版业在短视频领域进行知识服务的理论路径,为图书出版机构的知识生产传播及行业生态体系的重塑与再造提供新的参考。Based on the perspective of knowledge management,this paper examines the knowledge production and knowledge dissemination practices of the publishing industry in the field of short videos.The findings of this research include the following.First,multi-knowledge prosumers(individual/organization)and knowledge type(tacit/explicit)construct two dimensions of the"book+short video"knowledge field.Second,the relationship of networked knowledge production mainly includes three types:agglomeration relationship,demand relationship and data relationship.Third,in the knowledge dissemination activities,through the interaction between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge,the spiral of knowledge creation is formed in four ways:socialization,internalization,combination,and implicitization.Examining the"book+short video"knowledge field from the perspective of knowledge management is helpful to broaden the theoretical path of knowledge service in the field of short video in the publishing industry,and provides a new reference for the knowledge production,knowledge dissemination,as well as ecosystem reshaping and reengineering of book publishing institutions.
