超声引导下神经阻滞联合乙哌立松治疗神经根型颈椎病

摘　　要：目的探讨超声下神经阻滞联合乙哌立松治疗神经根型颈椎病。方法将2019年10月至2022年10月在江苏大学附属人民医院治疗的110例神经根型颈椎病患者按随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=50)使用超声下神经阻滞,观察组(n=60)使用超声下神经阻滞联合乙哌立松治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、颈椎功能及疼痛指标、颈功能活动度、复发率。结果观察组颈椎功能优良率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后左旋、右旋、左侧屈、右侧屈的角度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1周,1、2、3个月的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声下神经阻滞联合乙哌立松治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著,能有效缓解疼痛,减轻神经根受压症状,改善颈椎功能状态,增加颈椎活动度,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the ultrasound-guided nerve block combined with Eperisone in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 110 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in the People’s Hospital Affiliated of Jiangsu University from October 2019 to October 2022 were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided nerve block,while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided nerve block combined with Eperisone.The clinical efficacy,cervical function and pain index,cervical functional activity and relapse rate were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of cervical function in the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 74.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)and neck disability index(NDI)in the obs ervation group were significantly lower than those in t he control g roup(P<0.05).Aft er treatment,the angl es of left-hand,right-hand,left-hand flexion and right-hand flexion in the observation group were all greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the relapse rates of the observation group after 1 week,1 month,2 months and 3 months of treatment was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ultrasound-guided nerve block with Eperisone is effective in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can effectively alleviate pain,relieve symptoms of nerve root compression,improve cervical function status,increase cervical mobility and reduce the relapse rate.
