摘　　要：儿童特发性椎间盘钙化症(PIIVDC)临床上较为罕见,国内外报道400余例,是一种自限性疾病,其发病机制尚不明确,可能与遗传、代谢障碍、感染或创伤有关,临床表现主要以局部疼痛、活动受限多见,影像学表现多为髓核钙化,很少累及相邻椎体。治疗上本病主要以卧床休息、牵引、支具固定及口服止痛药等保守治疗方式为主,对于手术干预指征目前仍有争议。本文报道1例PIIVDC累及椎体的病例,并结合相关文献,探讨该病的影像学表现、发病机制、鉴别诊断及治疗,为临床诊疗提供参考。Pediatric idiopathic intervertebral disc calcification(PIIVDC)is relatively rare in clinic,with more than 400 cases reported at home and abroad.As a self-limited disease with unclear pathogenesis,PIIVDC may be related to heredity,metabolic disorder,infection or trauma.The clinical manifestations mainly include local pain and limited mobility,and the imaging manifestations mainly include calcification of nucleus pulposus,rarely involving adjacent vertebral bodies.The main treatments for this disease are bed rest,traction,brace fixation and oral painkillers,and the indications for surgical intervention are still controversial.This paper reports a case of PIIVDC involving vertebral body,and discusses the imaging manifestations,pathogenesis,differential diagnosis and treatment of the disease in combination with related literature,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
