海昆肾喜胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察海昆肾喜胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎患者的效果。方法:选取2020年2月至2023年2月该院收治的186例慢性肾小球肾炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各93例。对照组给予缬沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗,比较两组疗效、肾功能指标[尿酸、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、胱抑素C]水平、血清学指标[核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、可溶性FMS样酪氨酸激酶受体1(sFlt-1)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.40%,明显高于对照组的68.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组GFR高于对照组,血清尿酸、胱抑素C、NF-κB、VEGF、sFlt-1水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:海昆肾喜胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善肾功能指标水平,降低血清NF-κB、VEGF、sFlt-1水平,效果优于单纯缬沙坦治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Haikun Shenxi capsules combined with Valsartan in treatment of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 186 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to this hospital from February 2020 to February 2023.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,93 cases in each.The control group was treated with Valsartan capsules,while the observation group was treated with Haikun Shenxi capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the renal function indexes[uric acid,glomerular filtration rate(GFR),cystatin C]levels,the serological indexes[nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),soluble FMS-like tyrosine kinase receptor 1(sFlt-1)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.40%,which was significantly higher than 68.82%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the GFR of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of serum uric acid,cystatin C,NF-κB,VEGF and sFlt-1 were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Haikun Shenxi capsules combined with Valsartan in the treatment of the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of renal function indexes,and reduce the levels of serum NF-κB,VEGF and sFlt-1.Moreover,it is superior to single Valsartan treatment.
