摘　　要：老年抑郁症有自杀风险高、预后差、规范治疗的比例低等特点,严重影响老年人健康。因此,将老年抑郁症纳入初级卫生保健体系,构建适合中国国情的老年抑郁症患者社区康复管理模式尤为重要。该文总结了老年抑郁症的特点及当前用于老年抑郁症社区支持的主要模式,以期为老年抑郁症患者提供个性化、可获得的持续性社区照护提供参考和依据。Geriatric depression is characterized by high suicide risks,poor prognosis and low proportion of standardized treatment,and seriously effects the health of the elderly.Therefore,it is extremely important to integrate geriatric depression into primary health care systems,and construct a community rehabilitation management mode suitable for the national conditions of China for elderly patients with depression.This article reviews the characteristics of geriatric depression and the main modes currently used for community support for geriatric depression,aiming to provide a reference and basis for offering individualized,accessible,and continuous community care for elderly patients with depression.
