组合式外固定架在创伤骨科治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨组合式外固定架在创伤骨科治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年12月—2020年12月滨州市阳信县中医医院创伤骨科收治的90例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗,观察组采用组合式外固定架治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。治疗后,两组躯体疼痛、情感职能、生理功能、活力评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:创伤骨科患者采用组合式外固定架治疗效果显著,可以缩短治疗时间及恢复时间,降低出血量与不良反应发生率,改善生活质量,提高满意度。Objective:To investigate the application effect of Combined external fixation bracket in orthopedic trauma treatment.Methods:A total of 90 patients admitted to the Orthopedic Trauma Department of Binzhou Yangxin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases each.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with Combined external fixation bracket.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).The operation time,hospital stay and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,abd the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).After treatment,the scores of physical pain,emotional function,physiological function and vitality in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:The use of Combined external fixation bracket in the treatment of orthopedic trauma patients is effective,which can shorten the treatment time and recovery time,reduce the amount of blood loss and the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life and increase satisfaction.
