摘　　要：目的:观察绝经后妇女行宫腔镜下宫内节育器取出术的效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2019年12月于北京市西城区展览路医院和北京大学人民医院行宫内节育器取出术的绝经后妇女106例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=46)。对照组实施B超下宫内节育器取出术,观察组实施宫腔镜下宫内节育器取出术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组避孕环种类比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后30 min疼痛评分低于对照组,宫内节育器取出成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:宫腔镜下宫内节育器取出术在绝经后妇女中的应用效果良好,可减轻痛苦,提高宫内节育器取出成功率。Objective:To observe the effect of hysteroscopic intrauterine device removal in postmenopausal women.Methods:A total of 106 postmenopausal women who underwent intrauterine device removal in Beijing Xicheng District Exhibition Road Hospital and Peking University People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=46)by random number table method.The control group underwent intrauterine device removal under B-ultrasound,and the observation group underwent hysteroscopic intrauterine device removal.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the types of intrauterine rings between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 30 min after surgery,and the success rate of intrauterine device removal in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of hysteroscopic intrauterine device removal in postmenopausal women has a good effect,which can reduce pain and increase the success rate of intrauterine device removal.
