摘  要:目的:分析心腔内电图技术引导三向瓣膜式经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)尖端定位中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年10月—2021年10月贵州航天医院收治的80例需置入三向瓣膜式PICC的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规定位技术进行PICC置入,观察组在对照组基础上采用心腔内电图定位技术进行PICC置入。比较两组置管效果。结果:观察组尖端精准定位率高于对照组,心律失常发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心腔内电图技术在引导三向瓣膜式PICC尖端定位中的应用效果显著,可提高尖端精准定位率,降低心律失常率及并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of intracavitary electrogram technology in guiding the positioning of three way valve peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)tip.Methods:A total of 80 patients requiring three-way valve PICC placement in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented PICC placement with conventional positioning technology,and the observation group implemented PICC placement with ntracavitary electrogram positioning technology.The catheterization effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The precise tip positioning rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of arrhythmia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of intracavitary electrogram technology in guiding the positioning of three-way valve PICC tip is significant,which can increase precise tip positioning rate and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and complications.
