摘 要:目的:探讨四维胎儿系统筛查胎儿颜面部畸形的价值。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年1月于潜江市中心医院行产前筛查的孕妇500例作为研究对象,均进行常规产科检查与四维胎儿系统筛查。以引产、病理、产后随访结果为“金标准”,比较两种检查方式筛查颜面部畸形的效能。结果:500例孕妇中有49例存在胎儿颜面部畸形。两种检查方式筛查胎儿颜面部畸形的特异度均为100%,四维胎儿系统筛查颜面部畸形的灵敏度、准确率高于常规产科检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四维胎儿系统筛查胎儿颜面部畸形的效果理想,灵敏度、特异度与准确率均较高。Objective:To investigate the value of four-dimensional fetal system screening of facial malformation in fetus.Methods:From March 2021 to January 2022,500 pregnant women who received prenatal screening in Qianjiang Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.All subjects received routine obstetric examination and four-dimensional fetal system screening.The results of labor induction,pathology,and postpartum follow-up were used as the"gold standard"to compare the efficacy of the two examination methods in screening facial deformities.Results:Among 500 pregnant women,49 cases had fetal facial malformation.The specificity of the two examination methods for screening fetal facial malformations was 100%,and the sensitivity and accuracy of the four-dimensional fetal system for screening facial deformities were higher than those of conventional obstetric examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The four-dimensional fetal system has an ideal effect in screening fetal facial malformation,with a high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.
