护患沟通艺术在儿科门诊护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析护患沟通艺术在儿科门诊护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年4月泰安市妇幼保健院儿科门诊收治的患儿118例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各59例。对照组实施常规门诊护理,观察组实施护患沟通艺术干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组问询响应时间、问题解决时间、就诊时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组患儿哭闹、多动、攻击行为评分低于对照组,配合检查评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理纠纷率、护理投诉率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护患沟通艺术在儿科门诊护理中的应用效果显著,可提高就诊时效,改善患儿就诊行为,减轻患儿不良情绪,降低护理纠纷率和护理投诉率。Objective:To analyze application effect of nurse-patient communication art in pediatric outpatient nursing.Methods:A total of 118 children admitted to Pediatric Outpatient Department of Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method,with 59 patients in each group.The control group received routine outpatient nursing,while observation group received nurse-patient communication art intervention.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The inquiry response time,problem solving time and consultation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of crying,hyperactivity and aggressive behavior in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of cooperation examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders and Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing dispute rate and nursing complaint rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nurse-patient communication art in pediatric outpatient nursing has a significant effect,can improve the timeliness of medical treatment,ameliorate the children's visiting behavior,alleviate the children's adverse emotions,and reduce nursing dispute rate and nursing complaint rate.
