摘　　要：目的:分析心血管病高危人群隐匿性高血压患病率及危险因素。方法:收集2020年9月—2022年8月于上海市普陀区长风街道长风社区卫生服务中心就诊的600例心血管病高危人群的临床资料。检测研究对象是否存在隐匿性高血压,根据检测结果分为隐匿性高血压组与正常组,通过Logistic回归分析隐匿性高血压的危险因素。结果:600例心血管病高危人群中检出隐匿性高血压122例,检出率为20.33%。两组性别、心率、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);隐匿性高血压组合并糖尿病率、年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、血尿酸(UA)与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Logistic回归分析显示,合并糖尿病、高BMI、高TC、高UA是隐匿性高血压的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:心血管病高危人群较易发生隐匿性高血压,其中合并糖尿病、高BMI、高TC、高UA是隐匿性高血压的独立危险因素。Objective:To analyze the prevalence rate and risk factors of masked hypertension in high-risk population of cardiovascular disease.Methods:The clinical data of 600 high-risk people of cardiovascular disease who visited the Shanghai Putuo District Changfeng Street Changfeng Community Health Service Center from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected.The subjects were detected for the presence of masked hypertension.According to the detection results,the patients were divided into masked hypertension group and normal group.The risk factors of masked hypertension were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results:Among the 600 high-risk people of cardiovascular disease,masked hypertension was detected in 122 cases,with a detection rate of 20.33%.There were no statistically significant differences in gender,heart rate,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein levels between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the rates of combined diabetes mellitus,age,body mass index(BMI),total cholesterol(TC)and serum uric acid(UA)between the masked hypertension group and the normal group(P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that the combined diabetes mellitus,high BMI,high TC and high UA were independent risk factors for masked hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:Masked hypertension is more likely to occur in high-risk population of cardiovascular diseases,and the combined diabetes mellitus,high BMI,high TC and high UA are independent risk factors for masked hypertension.
