基于文献计量的壮医药线点灸疗法临床研究现状和临床疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的采用文献计量学方法对壮医药线点灸疗法的临床研究文献进行整理分析并构建临床疾病谱,探讨该领域研究现状和优势病种,以期为其临床研究应用提供参考和建议。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、The Cochrane Library和Embase收集壮医药线点灸疗法临床研究文献,时间从数据库建库至2022年7月25日。依据制定的筛选提取标准对收集的文献进行规范,从文献发表趋势、研究学者、研究机构、研究设计以及临床疾病谱等方面进行分析。结果①共筛选纳入518篇壮医药线点灸的临床文献,文献发表数量整体呈上升趋势。②发文频次最多的主要学者是范郁山和林辰,均为7篇。③发文量前3位的研究机构分别是:广西中医药大学、广西国际壮医医院和广西中医药大学第一临床医学院。④随机对照试验(RCT)文献349篇,占67.2%,而非随机对照试验(非RCT)文献169篇,占32.8%。⑤根据病症统计,壮医药线点灸疗法治疗病症数为120种,主要分布于内科、皮肤科及外科,研究最多病症为带状疱疹、头痛、失眠和瘫痪。结论壮医药线点灸的临床适应证广泛,但分布不均。优势病种较集中,主要为带状疱疹与头痛,未来需要推动壮医药线点灸疗法传播交流,引入循证医学规范临床研究,开展多中心、大样本、高水平临床RCT。Objective To analyze the clinical research literatures reporting Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion by bibliometrics method,and to construct the clinical disease spectrum.Through exploring the clinical research status and predominant diseases,we aim to provide references and suggestions for clinical research and application of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion.Methods Clinical research literatures on Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion published from the database establishment to July 25,2022 were screened from CNKI database,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed,The Cochrane Library and Embase.Eligible literatures were extracted to analyze literature publication trend,researchers,research institutions,research design and clinical disease spectrum.Results①A total of 518 clinical literatures of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion were extracted,and the number of published literatures showed an overall increasing trend.②The main scholars who published the most articles were Fan Yushan and Lin Chen,both with 7 articles.③Top 3 institutions in the number of publications were Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital and the First Clinical Faculty of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.④There were 349 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)(67.2%),and 169 non-randomized controlled trails(NRCTs)(32.8%).⑤According to the disease spectrum analysis,a total of 120 diseases were treated by Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion,which were mainly distributed in internal medicine,dermatology and surgery,and the most studied diseases were herpes zoster,headache,insomnia and paralysis.Conclusion The clinical indications of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion are extensive,showing an uneven distribution.The dominant diseases are relatively concentrated in herpes zoster and headache.In the future,it is necessary to promote the communication and communication of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion,introduce clinical stud
