摘　　要：胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎是一种在体育训练中常见的下肢慢性疼痛性疾病,多发生在新兵和运动员。其病因尚未明确,目前认为与小腿肌肉过度紧张致使胫骨应力能力下降而引起的显微损伤有关。多种内在因素和外在因素可增加胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎的发生风险,如果发生漏诊或治疗不当,最终可发生应力性骨折的风险。胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎的预防比发病后治疗更加容易,因此本文重点针对危险因素制定预防措施。结合影像学检查尽早识别诊断胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎,及时采取精准治疗,对于提高疗效及改善预后至关重要。本文通过查阅国内外最新文献,对胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎的病机、危险因素、预防、诊断与治疗进行分析总结,为胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎的全方位防治提供理论依据,并对未来研究前景进行展望。Tibia fatigue periostitis is a common chronic painful disease of the lower limbs during sports training,which mainly affects recruits and athletes.The cause of tibia fatigue periostitis has not been fully elucidated,which is currently believed to be associated with microscopic damages caused by an excessive tension in the calf muscles and thus the decreased stress capacity of the tibia.Intrinsic and extrinsic factors both increase the risk of tibia fatigue periostitis.Misdiagnosis or improper treatment eventually increases the risk of stress fractures.Prevention of tibia fatigue periostitis is easier than the treatment.This article focuses on the prevention measures based on risk factors for tibia fatigue periostitis.Based on imaging findings,early diagnosis of tibia fatigue periostitis and precise treatment are of great significance to enhance the efficacy and improve the prognosis.Through literature review of latest evidences,we summarize the pathogenesis,risk factors,prevention,diagnosis and treatment of tibia fatigue periostitis,thus providing references for the comprehensive clinical management and prospecting the future research directions.
