针刺联合腰骶灵活训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症对腰椎疼痛及功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨针刺联合腰骶灵活训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症对腰椎疼痛及功能的影响。方法 病例选择时段为2018年7月—2021年7月,利用随机分组法将符合病例纳入标准的64例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为2组,分别为观察组、对照组,每组各32例,其中对照组施以常规治疗,观察组给予针刺联合腰骶灵活训练治疗,于4周后比较2组效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率96.88%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前2组日本骨科协会(Japanese orthopedics association,JOA)评分(主观症状、临床体征及日常活动受限度)、视觉模拟评分(visual analogu scale,VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,2组JOA评分均增大(P<0.05),且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);VAS评分及ODI指数均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 与常规治疗相比较,针刺联合腰骶灵活训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果更佳,不仅能增强患者腰椎功能,而且对缓解疼痛也有积极作用。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with lumbosacral flexible training on lumbar disc herniation and lumbar pain and function.Methods Case selection period:from July 2018 to July 2021,64 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups with 32 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received acupuncture combined with lumbosacral flexible training.The effects of the two groups were compared 4 weeks later.Results The effective rate in observation group was 96.88%higher than 75.00%in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,JOA score(subjective symptoms,clinical signs and daily activity limit),VAS score and There was no significant difference in ODI index(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,The JOA score of both groups increased(P<0.05),and the score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).VAS score and ODI index were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment,acupuncture combined with lumbosacral flexible training has a better effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can not only enhance the lumbar function of patients,but also have a positive effect on pain relief.
