摘　　要：目的:探讨间歇性θ节律刺激治疗不完全性脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的效果。方法:选取纳入的41例不完全性脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=21)与试验组(n=20),对照组选用常规康复治疗结合假性间歇性θ节律刺激,试验组选用常规康复治疗结合M1区间歇性θ节律刺激,疗程6 w。治疗前后均使用尿动力学指标(残余尿量、最大逼尿肌压力、最大尿流率)、Qualiveen量表进行评估,比较两组患者的膀胱功能及生存质量是否有统计学差异。结果:两组患者尿动力学指标(残余尿量、最大逼尿肌压力、最大尿流率)及Qualiveen量表在治疗后均有不同程度的改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较,试验组上述各项指标改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规康复治疗基础上结合间歇性θ节律刺激能够明显改善不完全性脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者的膀胱功能及其生活质量。Objective To explore into the curative effect of intermittent theta burst stimulation on neurogenic bladder after incomplete spinal cord injury.Method Forty-one cases of patients with neurogenic bladder after incomplete spinal cord injury were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=21)and experimental group(n=20).The control group was given conventional rehabilitation encombined with sham intermittent theta burst stimulation,and the experimental group was given conventional rehabilitation combined with intermittent theta burst stimulation of the M1 brain area.Each group was treated for six weeks.Urodynamic indicators(residual urine,maximal detrusor pressure,maxium urinary flow rate)and Qualiveen scale scores were evaluated before and after treatment to determine whether there is a significant difference in bladder function and quality of life.Results The urodynamic indicators(residual urine,maximal detrusor pressure,maximum urinary flow rate)and Qualiveen scale scores were improved to varying degrees in two groups(P<0.05).The indicators mentioned above of experimental group had better efficacy than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional rehabilitation alone,conventional rehabilitation combined with intermittent theta burst stimulation is more beneficial to improve the bladder function and quality of life of patients with neurogenic bladder after incomplete spinal cord injury.
