摘  要:为了提高乳化沥青混合料的水稳定性,从乳化沥青冷再生混合料的胶结料出发,研究了一种粘结性强的新型VAE改性乳化沥青。通过旧沥青混合料的原材料性能检测和筛分后,依据最大密实曲线和关键筛孔通过率拟定了三种级配,选用干湿劈裂强度比最大值对应的级配为最佳级配,并以此确定出最佳乳化沥青用量;通过比较不同龄期下普通乳化沥青混合料和VAE改性乳化沥青混合料的冻融劈裂强度比来定量分析VAE改性剂的水稳定性改善效果;铺筑VAE改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料试验段,与普通乳化沥青路段对比分析VAE试验段的水稳定性改善效果。室内外试验结果表明:VAE改性乳化沥青能够较好地改善混合料的干湿劈裂强度与水稳定性能。In order to improve the water stability of emulsified asphalt mixture,a new type of VAE modified emulsified asphalt with strong adhesion is studied in this paper from the cement of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.After the raw material performance testing and screening of the old asphalt mixture,three gradations are determined according to the maximum density curve and the passing rate of key sieve holes,and the gradations corresponding to the maximum dry wet splitting strength ratio are selected as the best gradations,so as to determine the best amount of emulsified asphalt.By comparing the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of ordinary emulsified asphalt mixture and VAE modified emulsified asphalt mixture at different ages,the water stability improvement effect of VAE modifier is quantitatively analyzed.The VAE modified emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture test section is paved,and the water stability improvement effect of the VAE test section is compared with the ordinary emulsified asphalt section.The indoor and outdoor test results show that VAE modified emulsified asphalt can better improve the dry wet splitting strength and water stability of the mixture.
