摘 要:桥面沥青铺装的施工方法对铺装结构组合的整体性能具有至关重要的影响。为探寻合理的桥面沥青铺装结构成型工艺,基于室内模拟降温试验,对比分析“热接热”“热接暖”和“热接冷”三种成型方式下桥面沥青铺装结构的降温特性,并采用单轴贯入试验和四点弯曲试验研究三种方式成型的六种沥青铺装结构组合的高温抗剪性能和抗疲劳性能。结果表明:采用“热接热”“热接暖”一次成型方式可有效降低桥面沥青铺装结构的降温速率,保证铺装层混合料更好的碾压效果;“热接热”“热接暖”成型的铺装结构高温抗剪强度明显大于传统的“热接冷”成型方式,疲劳寿命分别为“热接冷”工艺的2.84倍和2.73倍,且一次成型方式下SMA-13+EA-10的铺装结构组合具有最大的高温抗剪强度及最长的疲劳寿命。The construction method of bridge deck asphalt pavement has a crucial influence on the overall performance of the pavement structure combination.In order to find a reasonable forming technique,the cooling characteristics of the bridge deck asphalt pavement structures based on the indoor simulation cooling test were compared and analyzed under three forming methods,including "hot to hot","hot to warm" and "hot to cold".Uniaxial penetration test and four-point bending test were used to study the high temperature shear and fatigue resistance of six asphalt pavement combinations formed by the three forming methods.The results show that the use of "hot to hot" and "hot to warm" one-time forming methods can effectively reduce the cooling rate of the bridge deck asphalt pavement structure and ensure a better rolling effect of the pavement mixture.The values of shear strength at high temperature of the pavement structure formed by "hot to hot" and "hot to warm" are significantly higher than that of the traditional "hot to cold" forming method,and the values of fatigue life are 2.84 times and 2.73 times that of the " hot to cold " process,respectively.The pavement structure combination of SMA-13+EA-10 has the largest high-temperature shear strength and the longest fatigue life under one-time forming method.
